Return Policy & Process
1. Overview & Return Window
At QeeWoo®, since our products are made to order, we maintain a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or report an issue. After this period, we cannot accept return or refund requests.
2. Eligible Issues & Solutions (The QeeWoo Guarantee)
We take full responsibility for the following issues. If any of these occur, please contact us immediately with your order number and photo evidence.
Shipping Errors: If we ship the wrong product (incorrect size, color, or style) or deliver to the wrong address due to our error, we will re-produce and deliver the correct product at no extra cost. Alternatively, you may opt for a full refund.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your items arrive damaged or defective, or the received product does not match the order,we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
Return Shipping Fees: For any of the above errors (our fault), QeeWoo® will cover all return shipping costs and will not charge any restocking fees.
3. Exchanges & Returns for Personal Reasons
No Direct Exchanges:Because it is a custom product, We currently do not offer direct exchange services. If you require a different size, color, or style after a successful delivery, you must place a new order.
Change of Mind: Because each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for "change of mind" or personal preference reasons.However, if you have any issues with the design or fit, please contact us and we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
4. Non-Refundable Situations (Customer Responsibility)
We cannot be held responsible for the following, and refunds/replacements will not be issued:
Incorrect Address: If the shipping address provided during checkout was incorrect or incomplete.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, QeeWoo® is not liable for lost or stolen items. We recommend:
Ensuring a secure delivery location.
Contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Used Items: Items that show signs of wear, use, or are not in original packaging.Items that exceed the 15-day return period,Items that cannot prove quality issues,Products marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance Items".
5. Return & Refund Process

Review: Our team will review your request within Two to three business days,We will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the business address without prior authorization.
