Shipping Philosophy
At QeeWoo®, we adopt an on-demand production model. Each product is specially made for you after an order is placed. This approach ensures the highest quality, reduces inventory waste, and lowers our carbon footprint, providing you with the freshest products possible.
Order Processing & Transit Time
To provide a clear expectation of when your order will arrive, please note the two stages of our fulfillment process:
Production Time (Handling Time): It takes 2–7 working days to manufacture and prepare your custom item (depending on the product type and supplier).
Transit Time (Shipping Time):
United States: Usually takes 3–7 working days for delivery.
International Regions: Usually takes 10–30 business days after production is completed.
Note: Since each product is custom-made, we currently do not provide expedited shipping services. Total estimated delivery time = Production Time + Transit Time.

We take pride in partnering with numerous reputable local suppliers across the United States to ensure premium quality and fast fulfillment. Based on your delivery address and product type, orders will be shipped from the most suitable supplier warehouse to ensure:

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email notification containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier's portal to check the real-time delivery status of your package.
Important Notes & Responsibility
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. QeeWoo® cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer liable for the package. If you cannot locate a delivered package, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
